Terms of Service

Template document

This page is a generic terms-of-service scaffold written for a front-end demo. It deliberately makes no specific legal, contractual, or corporate claims about any real company, and it has not been reviewed by a lawyer. Replace every clause with terms drafted for your own entity and jurisdiction before using this in production.

1.Agreement to these terms

By creating an account or otherwise using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

2.The service

The service lets you generate and manage thumbnail images from a description, a transcript, an uploaded video, or a video link, together with related tools for templates, avatars, and brand assets. Features may be added, changed, or removed over time.

3.Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Accounts are for a single user unless a plan explicitly states otherwise, and may not be shared, sold, or transferred.

4.Plans, trials and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on the interval you select, monthly or annual, and renew automatically until cancelled. Where a free trial is offered, cancelling before the trial ends prevents the first charge.

Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund an interval that has already begun, except where refunds are required by applicable law.

5.Credits

Some features consume credits. Credits are a unit of account within the service, have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and may expire at the end of the interval in which they were granted. The credit cost of a given action may change as underlying costs change.

6.Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload or submit. You grant us the limited licence needed to store, process, and display that material for the purpose of operating the service for you.

You confirm you have the rights necessary to submit what you submit, including rights to any faces, logos, footage, or music it contains.

7.Generated output

Subject to your plan being in good standing, you may use images the service generates for you, including commercially. Generated output is produced by automated systems; similar prompts may produce similar results for different users, and we do not guarantee that any output is unique or free of third-party rights.

8.Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

  • break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
  • upload another person's likeness without their permission;
  • create sexual content involving minors, or content that harasses or defames;
  • impersonate a real person or organisation in a misleading way;
  • circumvent quotas, rate limits, or access controls;
  • scrape, resell, or rebrand the service as your own.

9.Third-party services

The service integrates with third-party platforms and processors. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, pricing, or policies.

10.Availability and changes

We aim for continuous availability but do not promise it. Maintenance, incidents, and upstream provider outages can interrupt the service. We may modify or discontinue features, giving reasonable notice where a change materially reduces what a paid plan provides.

11.Termination

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, that creates legal risk, or that is used to abuse the platform. On termination your right to use the service ends, and stored material may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.

12.Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, liability arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim.

13.Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. When a change is material we will update the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify account holders. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the revised terms.

14.Contact

Questions about these terms should go to the operator of the service through the contact route published on its website. See also the Privacy Policy and the Help Center.
